In a Chappelle Show famous sketch called “Charlie Murphy’s True Hollywood Stories,” Charlie Murphy recounts a night in the 1980s when he and his brother Eddie Murphy played basketball against Prince and his crew at Prince’s house. After losing the basketball game, Prince invited them inside his mansion. During their visit, Prince, in a humorous and enigmatic manner, asked the group if they wanted to “make some pancakes” and then revealed a stunning view of Lake Minnetonka.
