Oh Dentistree Shirt

All Hermey the Elf wanted to be was a dentist. Hermey the Elf is a character from the classic 1964 animated television special “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.” The special was produced by Rankin/Bass Productions and is based on the 1939 poem “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” written by Robert L. May. Hermey is different from other elves in Santa’s workshop because he doesn’t want to be a toymaker; instead, he aspires to be a dentist. This makes him a misfit among the other elves, who are dedicated to making toys for Christmas. Hermey joins Rudolph on his journey, and together they face various challenges, including the Abominable Snow Monster and the Island of Misfit Toys.
