The “This is fine” meme originated from a webcomic called “Gunshow” by artist K.C. Green. The specific comic was published in 2013 and is known as “On Fire.” It features a dog sitting calmly in a room that’s engulfed in flames, saying, “This is fine.” In the second panel, the flames spread more intensely, and the dog still says, “I’m okay with the events that are unfolding currently.” Eventually, the dog begins to melt from the heat.
