Del Boca Vista is a fictional retirement community featured in the television show “Seinfeld.” The show never confirms it’s exact location but it is suggested that the complex is located near St. Augustine, FL. It is the residence of Jerry Seinfeld’s parents, Morty and Helen Seinfeld, as well as their neighbor, Jack Klompus. The community is known for its strict rules and regulations, which often cause conflicts between the residents. At one point in the series Kramer temporarily retires there. Morty decides that Kramer should be elected condo board president, so that Morty can run things from behind the scenes, like a “puppet regime”.
