“Goonies never say die!” as Mikey says. “The Goonies” is a 1985 American adventure comedy film directed by Richard Donner and produced by Steven Spielberg. The film follows a group of young friends from Astoria, Oregon who discover a treasure map and set out on a quest to find the long-lost treasure of a 17th-century pirate named One-Eyed Willy. Along the way, they encounter a series of obstacles and challenges, including the Fratellis, a family of criminals who are also searching for the treasure.
